On average, our design can reduce the energy consumption of a typical hotel built energy efficient by up to 25%, which represents major cost savings for any hotel’s operating budget. Further, NME is an industry leader when it comes to utilizing innovative hotel design. For example, we are among the first in the industry to employ a combination of light gauge steel with insulated concrete form (ICF) and studcrete in our design and construction.​
